An open, anti-authoritarian mother who loved me unconditionally, a hippy father who moved to the Greek island Ithaca, and a patriarchal entrepreneurial stepfather who taught me early what power could look like. From the outside, my life was abundant. And yet, something broke when I was four \u2014 a fracture my body never forgot.<\/p>\n\n      <h4>Loss &#038; Reclaiming Life<\/h4>\n      <p>At fourteen, my cousin \u2014 the only other girl in our family \u2014 died at sixteen. Without words, I decided I should have gone instead. By sixteen, I had starved myself down to 42 kilos. One night, I dreamt she came to take me with her. I woke up terrified \u2014 and alive. From that moment, I chose life again. But when my father took his own life a few years later, I fell back into the darkness \u2014 dancing the nights away became my way of staying alive.<\/p>\n\n      <h4>The Collapse<\/h4>\n      <p>In my twenties, I studied human consciousness, culture, and sociology, including a semester at UC Berkeley. I built a respected career as a photojournalist \u2014 it looked vibrant and free, but inside, I was empty. One day, my body collapsed; what I thought was a heart attack was my system refusing to live disconnected any longer. That moment became my turning point \u2014 the day I met myself for the first time since I was four.<\/p>\n\n      <h4>Birth<\/h4>\n      <p>My most profound opening came through giving birth to my son. A natural, raw, and pure experience that cracked me open to a level of primal feminine power I had never known. It was both the most transcendent and grounding experience \u2014 where I found my roots, strength, and a deep capacity to love a man fully for the first time.<\/p>\n\n      <h4>Ibiza &#038; Somatic Mastery<\/h4>\n      <p>Finding Ibiza felt like finding home \u2014 a crystal island that mirrors my own frequency of depth and passion, always moving from darkness to light.
